Sports Massage
Sports Massage / Silicone Myofacial Cupping
This style of massage involves working with tissues on a variety of levels and is often used after injury or strain, but can also be used on a regular basis to “maintain” well-being.
It may reduce stress induced muscle tensions. During treatment we may work on specific ‘trigger points’ where an area of contracted muscle refers pain to a distant area. In clients where pressure is painful, we may include cupping.
This style of massage is an excellent way of helping to ease musculoskeletal problems.

Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology with Gua Sha
Using Neals Yards Organics, this treatment is combined with an unique face massage that incorporates the most effective natural face-lifting techniques, (which have a cumulative effect) to invigorate every muscle, lift the face and smooth out wrinkles. Special attention is paid to the eyes, cheeks, and jawline. The therapist will use non-invasive rose quarts and Jade tools, as well as her fingers, to stimulate the skin and nerve endings.
